International Institute of Hotel Management Electronic Common Hospitality Admission Test (IIHM e-CHAT) is an online entrance test for admission to BA in Hospitality Mangement, Advanced Program in International Hospitality Administration,Diploma in Culinary Arts,Diploma in Hospitality Operations,and BA(Vocational Studies) Tourism Management-(BAVTM) from IGNOU.

IIHM e-CHAT(Common Hospitality Admission Test) is a a national level online exam conducted by International Institute of Hotel Management(IIHM) once a year usually in the month of May for admission to undergraduate courses in hotel management programmes in IIHM Kolkata,IIHM Ahmedabad,IIHM Bengaluru,IIHM Delhi,IIHM Goa,IIHM Hyderabad,IIHM Jaipur,IIHM Pune,IIHM Samarkand,IIHM Bangkok.

IIHM e-CHAT Exam Pattern:-

IIHM e-CHAT is an objective type of test with 50 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 60 minutes.It consists questions of Language Comprehension,Mathematical Skills,Data Analysis and Interpretation,Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Awareness of Indian & Global Economy.The candidates receive their IIHM e-CHAT scorecard within 24 hours of taking the exam.The shortlisted candidates are called for Group Discussion(GD) and Personal Interview.Thereafter, a final merit list is released by IIHM on the basis of performance in e-CHAT,Group Discussion and Interview.Subsequently the candidates are called for counselling and seat allotment.
